- Work with the CE1 global supply chain team to create innovative purchasing strategies and nontraditional sourcing tools.
- Work with CE1 related engineers buyers and global supply chain managers to enable a high standard in purchasing activities.
- Drive global supply chain activities such as sourcing strategy approvals and recommendations.
- Learn Jira a widely used program management tool outside of the automotive industry to help program manage all sourcing activities for CE1. This software is also used to create visualizations for program updates.
- Learn LightSource a collaborative new software used to interact with vendors and manage RFQ packages.
- You will have numerous opportunities to present to the executive staff on the overall health of the CE1 program from a purchasing perspective.
- Be involved in industrialization requirement discussions to have a first principles approach to when teams should source a part or system.

- 47 years of project management experience in the purchasing field
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A learning mindset and curiosity.
- Comfortable defining and tracking key business and success metrics.
- Demonstrated experience defining the vision strategy and delivering value that solves problems for enterprise customers.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to nontechnical audiences.
- An effective relationship builder and able to influence without authority.
- An eagerness to work crossfunctionally in a dynamic environment where you are part of a high performing team.
- A system approach with the desire and curiosity to strive for exceptional delivery and continuous improvement.
