The Compensation Manager provides market data and analysis to support our Human Resources Business Partners the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders. This role will help drive efforts to enhance our compensation job architecture.

This position is a great opportunity to continue to deepen compensation experience enhance our compensation job architecture and lead projects. This is a Total Rewards opportunity that includes stock grant and bonus administration.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide and present market data analysis (TCC and equity) and expertise to internal partners. Analyze survey data provide guidance to Human Capital colleagues and leaders on questions relating to compensation job evaluation and market analysis.
  • Lead and support the annual compensation planning cycle for Salary Bonus and with Human Resources colleagues to execute deliverables on time and help identify changes to enhance administrative processes and timelines.
  • Leverage existing tools and help determine future technology to improve the access and delivery of compensation data to key decisionmakers.
  • Evaluate systems and processes and advocate for improvements.
  • Support Job Description review to include exemption and wage analysis.
  • Partner with the Head of Total Rewards on executive compensation and work with the Compensation Committee
  • Serve as the subject matter expert to ensure pay program compliance pay equity and efficient administration of compensation programs.
  • Support the ongoing administration of our stock plan in coordination with external vendor and internal Finance partners.
  • Help facilitate the annual grant process through data gathering modeling and supporting the review process.
  • Support the setup of new grants vesting activity and provide reports and analysis to manage the ongoing tracking of key data points.
  • Support the implementation of compensation programs and tools.

Minimum Requirements:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 7 years of Compensation/Total Rewards experience with knowledge of market pricing data and analysis compensation surveys and managing annual compensation cycles
  • Administered premium pay element administration such as allowances shift differentials and on call premiums
  • Knowledge of incentive plans design implementation budgeting and communication.
  • Highlevel proficiency in Excel and solid analytical skills.
  • Experience with Human Resources technology systems (Workday market pricing annual compensation planning tools)
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success in communicating compensation changes and processes to employees and managers.
  • Ability to be successful in a timesensitive and fastpaced environment handle multiple requests and ensure deadlines are met
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Ability to handle superior level of confidentiality concerning employee information.
  • Innovative problemsolving skills.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Education Bachelors degree in a Business or Human Resources related field.
  • Progress towards a CCP designation or other HRrelated certification is preferred.
  • Other:
  • Technology Skills: Strong PC skills and experience in Microsoft Office products.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing projects with a focus on meeting timelines collaboration and results.
  • Executive presence with preparing and/or presenting materials to discuss with senior leaders

Pay Range: $130332.00 $195498.00
