Job Title: Customer Account Coordinator School Support Job Type: FT/Salaried Nonexempt (eligible for OT)
The Customer Account Coordinators support the JostensPIX (JPIX) Operations and Sales teams with preparation and of the JPIX School Picture Day events. We need team members with amazing customer service skills to support this fastgrowing division.
YOU WILL: Support.
- Assist the JPIX teams with any operational or support activities to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Establish and build relationships with school contacts utilizing a phone first approach
Deliver.
- Provide proactive customer service to schools sales reps and internal partners
- Provide exemplary customer service to schools vendors and internal partners primarily through phone calls as well as email communications
Strengthen.
- Responsible for accurate immediate decisions based on realtime information to adjust resources as changes occur
- Build deep rooted partnerships with key customer resources
YOU HAVE:
- Associate degree in business or service field or combination of education and equivalent experience
- 23 years experience in successful customer relations work
- Experience with handling inbound and outbound calls
- Creative problemsolving skills with ability to have difficult conversations and deescalate stressful situations
- Extremely strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Comfort with technology and learning new software applications
- A positive disposition and ability to work in a fastpaced environment managing a variety of operational needs
- Willingness and initiative to take on additional responsibilities
- Independent judgment required to plan prioritize and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven
- Reasonable flexibility of schedule to support seasonal extended hours
Preferred: - Bachelors degree in business
- Exposure to and understanding of the industry and competition
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of scheduling or logistics
- Key account management experience to demonstrate relationship support abilities
