Key job responsibilities Arranging the of contracts Developing and implementing simplification projects Outside counsel management including budgeting and invoicing support Developing and leading business training on legal tools General administration tasks needed to support the business and legal teams Distributing correspondence gathering metrics maintaining project trackers preparing reports and maintaining files Meeting coordination organizing travel arrangements and creating and submitting expense reports
1 years of professional or military experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications BA/BS degree Legal work experience or demonstrated interest in a legal career Professional experience supporting clients managing high volumes of requests and meeting deadlines Experience identifying and implementing process improvements Ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to demonstrate sound judgement in ambiguous situations Strong written and spoken communication skills attention to detail and organizational skills
