ABOUT THE ROLE

- The Clinical Practice Advisor position is based in one of our offices inParramatta or Alexandriaoffering an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist in a dynamic and flexible work environment.
- Ideal for those with advanced understanding of mental health diagnoses (including but not limited to; schizophrenia personality disorder anxiety depression) and the complexities of risk management and systemic influences.
- The role includes offering guidance and consultation to less experienced therapists and therefore may need support to build confidence in this area and increase understandings of trauma informed approaches.
- This position is ideal for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who wants to develop their skills further particularly in working inMental Healthand contribute to our teams inSydney.

ABOUT YOU
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
5 yearsexperience working as a Occupational Therapist
NDISExperience Essential
Advancedknowledge in Mental Health
Experience with developing and/or delivering clinical education to health professionals
Experience with clinical supervision particularly for Early Career Therapists
Capacity to apply highlevel professional skills and judgement to complex clinical caseloads
AHPRA Registration
NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
Current Australian drivers licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
