Overview
Steampunk is seeking aforwardthinking wellrounded Business Operations Summer Intern who will assist with a cross functional delivery team. We are looking for an individual with an appetite for taking on new challenges and solving complex problems with new innovations. Be an agent of change on a team committed to achieving clientfocused missiondriven excellence.
Contributions
- Help develop digital internal marketing campaigns to educate managers

- Collaborate and innovate to connect our people with the technology they need to build market relevantskills and be impactful to the business.
- Assist in development and testing of new business processes capabilities and their supporting technologies.
- Continually experience new and engaging opportunities challenging work flexibility career sponsorshipand mentoring and recognition for your contributions.
- Enhance change management control for business process asset library.
- Analyze data to improve operational practices
Qualifications
Education / Experience:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in a relevant subject areas
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Must be rising junior or senior in college
Key Skills Required:
- Practical experience generating process documentation and writing reports
- Excellent communicator with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal written and communication skills
- Ability to learn new skills tools and technology
- Resourceful in overcoming obstacles
- Critical thinker who will think outside the box.
- Understanding of the Agile software lifecycle.
- Research business and technical topics
- Must be a U.S. citizen
