POSITION:Youth Care Specialist Residential (Bonus)
PAY RANGE:$17.00$21.00 per hour(depends on education and experience)
JOB TYPE:FullTime Part Time PRN
Enjoy working with youth between the ages of 6 and 18 Feel like you can be a positive influence and support for youth whove experienced trauma Cornerstones of Care is seeking team members who want to make a difference in the lives of young people as a safe caring adult in our residential program. While providing round the clock supervision your work will include building healthy relationships teaching life skills and supporting the childs treatment plan. We provide a strong team oriented and trauma informed work environment focused on meeting the needs of youth and our team members. If you are enthusiastic about mentoring and committed to being a positive influence in a young persons life this PRN full or parttime position as a Youth Behavioral Health Specialist is right for you.
Current openings available on all shifts. PRN positions offer flexible scheduling around your availability with a minimum of four shifts worked per month. A shift differential is paid for team members hired fulltime to work 2nd shift 2:00PM 10:00PM or 3:00PM 11:00PM).
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. A positive calm attitude is essential. Must pass a background check and physical and drug screening.
Bonus
Sign on bonus of $500 paid after 6 months of employment for team members hired to work 32 hours per week or more.
