As a Mover/Driver Team Lead forCollege Hunks Hauling JunkandCollege Hunks Moving you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. Go out of your way to be friendly to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day especially your clients.

Your responsibilities include managing a crew of team members selling moving supplies and other services facilitating the College Hunks Moving experience managing client communication and satisfaction and living out our Core Values.
You must be proficient in sales marketing communication and leadership.
40 of your day will be sales & marketing
40 of your day will be servicing clients
20 of your day will be coaching and managing your truck business

Requirements (MUST MEETNO EXCEPTION)
- Must be flexible with scheduling (jobs are distributed based on performance)
- Must be able to pass background check (no felonies)
- Must be drug and alcohol free
- Must possess a valid drivers license with clean driving record (CDL not required)
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
- Must enjoy hard work world class customer service and helping others.
- Must want to be part of a growing organization and are excited about huge opportunity.
Excellent earning potential including hourly pay plus tips.
Hiring immediately part time and full time opportunities.
EARN UP TO $12$20 PER HOUR as a Truck Captain with College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving (Depending on Moving experience and includes tip and performance bonuses).
