The City of Berkeley invites you to apply for the position of Advanced Practice Provider in the Health Housing & Community Services Department! In this role you willmake assessments provide treatment based on a patients physical and psychosocial condition provide patient counseling and guidance in the maintenance of health and the prevention of illness; and perform other related work as required. In the Public Health Divisionthe Advanced Practice Provider provides health care at the Berkeley High School Health Center (BHSHC) and the City of Berkeleys Public Health Clinic. This position has overall responsibility for the delivery of clinical care and supports other clinical staff.
This is an hourly parttime position working up to 19 hours per week. It is not a benefited position.
