Job Description

Regional Sales and Account Manager (Work from home)

As the Regional Sales and Account Manager in our tyre wholesale business your primary focus is on managing and strengthening relationships with our permanent customers who make regular tyre purchases. Your role is crucial in maximizing sales from these customers and ensuring they choose us over competitors for their daily tyre needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to foster loyalty and longterm commitment.
Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and ensure they view us as their primary tyre supplier.
2. Maximizing Sales Orders
Actively encourage customers to place maximum orders with us positioning our offers and services to meet their daily requirements.
Focus on upselling and securing larger orders to enhance our market share in the region.
3. Daily Customer Interactions
Conduct daily checkins with each key customer to understand their stock needs ensuring frequent and consistent communication.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls maintaining an average of 9 meaningful interactions per hour to keep customers engaged.
4. Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly Tyre sales targets by prioritizing highvalue repeat orders from existing customers.
Track progress against daily and monthly goals to ensure sustained growth.
5. Order Coordination and Management
Ensure accurate and timely order processing by coordinating closely with the warehouse team for daily order fulfillment.
Address any logistical needs or special requests from customers to streamline the supply process.
6. Payment and Account Management
Monitor customer payments and manage account details to ensure timely payment collections.
Address payment issues promptly coordinating with customers to resolve any discrepancies and avoid delivery interruptions.
7. Market Competitiveness
Keep uptodate on competitor offerings and pricing in the region to counteract any competitive threats.
Share insights with customers on our advantages special deals and exclusive benefits to encourage loyalty.
8. Promotional Outreach via WhatsApp & Email
Regularly update customers with new offers promotions and product updates through WhatsApp and email.
Ensure all customer contacts are organized for seamless communication promoting us as the goto tyre distributor in the region.




Requirements

  • Strong fluency in English
  • Minimum of 3year Experience in Sales or Customer care
  • MBA/Degree
  • working hours 1.30pm to 11.30pm Indian time
  • Laptop and strong Internet connection required
  • Work from home (anywhere from India
