Job Description
TITLE: Senior Director HRIS and Payroll (hybrid)
INDUSTRY: Hospitality/Restaurants
LOCATION: San Antonio TX
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience
RELOCATION: Paid
Will lead the companys HR Systems group (HRIS and Payroll)
Provide strategic direction and guidance ensuring the companys employees are being supported regarding HR systems procedures etc.
Design develop and implement strategic plans for the companys HRIS systems and Payroll processes
Lead/coach/mentor 5 direct reports
Able to work in the office at least 3 days a week
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of HR Systems experience with an emphasis on HRIS and Payroll supporting employees in multiple states at companies with 10000 or more employees
10 years of project management experience
Experience leading a team
Experience with Workday is strongly preferred
