Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Bangalore Urban for a fulltime position. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and be adept at utilizing design software to deliver impactful visual concepts for a range of digital marketing campaigns and branding projects. This role is perfect for someone with strong design skills and a passion for creative innovation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign to produce highquality graphics.
- Experience with Sketch for vector design ensuring precise and detailed artwork suitable for a variety of media.
- Knowledgeable in Figma enabling effective collaboration on UI and UX design projects to enhance user experiences.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles for creating intuitive and userfriendly digital interfaces.
- A keen eye for typography and the ability to create visually appealing layouts with appropriate font selection.
- Competence in illustration techniques to support branding and storytelling efforts through distinctive visuals.
- Experience in branding design ensuring that all visual elements align with the company or client brands consistently.
- Must be familiar with digital marketing design requirements to create engaging and effective online adverts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and produce highquality graphic designs for websites branding and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with project goals.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects ensuring all visuals support brand objectives.
- Design userfriendly web interfaces and layouts that enhance the overall user experience on digital platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for branding and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare design drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Continually explore new design trends and software to enhance creativity and productivity.
- Provide support and maintain design assets keeping digital archives organized and uptodate.
