The Performance Management team provides key reports and insights to the highest levels of TMobiles Senior Leadership Team (SLT). We collaborate with many key stakeholders across the enterprise and provide solutions that enable leaders to effectively drive the business.

The Finance Manager role will play a lead role in evolving the current performance management system for the SLT. Our solutions blend cloudbased data management (Azure / Snowflake / Databricks / Fabric) interactive dashboards (PowerBI / HTML) and automation tools (PowerAutomate / Python) to empower leaders with robust information in one single place. We stay on the cutting edge of industry trends / innovations and are currently working to incorporate AI into this suite of materials. These worldclass products help leaders at all levels deliver on key results. Our industry and leaders move fast and youll get to develop solutions that enable that growth.

This role is heavily geared towards the technical solutioning aspect of the team. Youre someone that:
Is equally comfortable driving conversations with business leaders to understand painpoints / requirements as you are in solution design conversations with engineering teams
Is a dynamic nonlinear thinker that approaches problems holistically. You proactive consider multiple approaches to solutioning and can rationalize decisionmaking through pros / cons of alternative options
Is aggressively growth minded. You consider available technologies as tools for solving challenges and are excited to grow skills / knowledge when the situation requires it
Thrives in driving change and thoughtfully challenge the status quo to improve or revolutionize current processes and materials. You stay aware of advances in the technical space and suggest relevant applications for our users and use cases
Is passionate about building worldclass solutions and design. These data and reporting products will be used by TMobile Executive Leaders to drive the business so intuitive UX design executed flawlessly is critical.

General Responsibilities:

  • Build data and reporting solutions. Reports will be pixelperfect so a strong attention to detail and precision implementation is essential.
  • Experience developing ETL data pipelines and data transformation processes. You think about these components as a piece of the broader solution and assess pros / cons when determining the role each component plays in the broader implementation
  • Scale RPA processes (using PowerAutomate / Python) beyond current use cases and explore opportunities to further leverage automation to support our partners and customers.
  • Enthusiasm to solve complex challenges
  • Strong communication skills to relay ideas and share products both to colleagues leaders and engineers

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years relevant work experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive growth mindset
  • Experience managing ambiguity and challenging asks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a STEM field
  • Experience designing technical solutions and steering architectural decisions
  • Familiarity with a modern visualization application (Tableau PowerBI etc)
  • Experience with cloud data management platforms (Azure / Snowflake / Databricks / Fabric) and associated concepts (lakehouse data warehouse etc)
  • Strong knowledge of at least one: PowerApps Python HTML

Base Pay Range: $86300 $155700

Corporate Bonus Target: 15

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
