Postdoctoral Associate in Polymer Science
Two Postdoctoral Associates in Polymer Science positions are available in the Department of Chemistry. The successful candidates will work under the supervision of Prof. Austin M. Evans focusing on macromolecular synthesis and polymer properties. This oneyear appointment is renewable based on performance and funding availability.
The postdoctoral associate will conduct research in synthesizing and characterizing polymeric materials. The Postdoctoral Researcher will also be expected to mentor graduate students publish in peerreviewed journals and assist in constructing funding applications.
Our group specializes in precision synthesis and rational control of macromolecular materials. By combining covalent and noncovalent approaches we strive to achieve a precise correlation between structure and properties for nextgeneration energy storage materials new types of filtration membranes and cuttingedge mechanical materials. As a member of our team youll be at the forefront of groundbreaking research contributing to the advancement of polymer science in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The salary is $50000.00 and the compensation includes a benefits package.
