Fulltime Position
Starting Pay: $22.00$22.75 based on experience case load and education.
Position Summary:
- Monitor participant progress and provide supports and problemsolving strategies to facilitate recovery and sobriety.
- Write clear and objective case management notes progress notes and any other record keeping that may be assigned.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of individual goals.
- Ensuring that the clients service plans are being carried out as written.
- Coordinating and/or attending to activities such as physical and dental exams psychiatric appointments SSI and welfare appointments legal advocacy possible emergency family sessions etc.
- Conduct screenings with potential clients work closely with referring agencies
- CADAC/LADC strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years experience working with substance addiction population.
- Previous experience working in a recovery home setting.
- Familiarity with community social vocational entitlement and medical resources.
- Group facilitation
- Open mindedness with regard to multiple pathways of recovery/MATdocumentation and computer skills; although this is a direct care position documentation and computer skills are required as part of the day to day job responsibilities.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
