Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you ll step into a pivotal role supporting various business units through fullcycle recruitment. You ll design sourcing strategies manage pipelines and deliver a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and clients. It s a dynamic opportunity to lead collaborate and make a strategic impact in a fastmoving environment.

This is a fixedterm contract for 10 12 months to cover maternity leave with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent position based on performance and organizational needs.

Shift: Day Shift 8:00 AM 4:00 PM MK Time)
Work Setup: Hybrid Skopje

Your Daily Tasks
  • Supporting recruitment and selection efforts across various business units and clients
  • Planning and executing structured selection processes including assessments and evaluation methods
  • Serving as the main point of contact for assigned job openings to ensure smooth coordination
  • Creating and refining job requisitions and descriptions in collaboration with hiring teams
  • Developing and implementing rolespecific sourcing and assessment strategies
  • Conducting thorough candidate screenings and managing the recruitment pipeline
  • Applying behavioralbased interview techniques to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Maintaining accurate uptodate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Building and managing candidate pipelines including tracking referrals and engagement
  • Partnering with stakeholders to align on hiring needs priorities and timelines

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 3 years of experience in fullcycle recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in documentation and database management
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a strong work ethic and focus on quality hires
  • Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking with a consultative hiring approach
