Archbishop Carroll is looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Boys Soccer Coach for the upcoming school year. This is a fulltime position offering the opportunity to develop and lead our studentathletes both on and off the Mission: Archbishop Carroll High School is a Catholic college preparatory coeducational school in the heart of Washington DC. Department: AthleticsReports to: Athletic Director Associate Athletic DirectorDirect Reports: Athletic DepartmentJob Summary:Archbishop Carroll High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Boys Soccer Coach for the upcoming school year. This is a fulltime position that offers the opportunity to mentor develop and lead studentathletes both on and off the field. The Head Boys Soccer Coach will oversee the entire soccer program including coaching recruitment team management and fostering a culture of excellence in academics and Mission:Archbishop Carroll High School is a Catholic college preparatory coeducational school in the heart of Washington DC. We welcome young people and empower them in a diverse academically rigorous and supportive learning environment. Our community works daily to think critically creatively and morally so that we can serve God with Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Boys Soccer and implement the philosophy of Archbishop Carroll Athletics as outlined by the compliance with all school conference (WCAC) and DCSAA rules and assistant coaches and provide mentorship for player and retain studentathletes who embody the mission of Archbishop and oversee team practices competitions transportation and appearances at school events (e.g. open houses offseason training and camps).Maintain inventory and proper upkeep of uniforms and and support studentathlete academic performance including coordination with academic support closely with the Athletic Trainer to ensure all players meet medical certification all athletic injuries and incidents and participate in school WCAC and DCSAA meetings relevant to the soccer & Scheduling:Oversee practice schedules scrimmages and games as directed by the Athletic in securing referees and processing gamerelated :Experience coaching high schoollevel soccer.2 years of coaching experience in soccer (preferably at the high school or club level).Must be at least 21 years of communication leadership and problemsolving to foster a culture of discipline teamwork and pass background check fingerprinting CPR certification and Virtus Online Training is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and missiondriven school community while making a meaningful impact on studentathletes.
