We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book check on & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers 3PLs freight forwarders shippers warehouses & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.
We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and were growing very fast on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year.

About the Role
Were looking for a highly organized proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant 75 & Office Manager 25 to support our founders and keep our operations running smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
What Youll Do
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel for the founders.
Prioritize and handle incoming requests ensuring the best use of their time.
Prepare meeting agendas take notes and follow up on action items.
Act as a key point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with special projects research and confidential tasks as needed.
Must have
Exceptionally organized & detailoriented you can juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
Strong communication skills you anticipate needs and keep things running smoothly.
Discretion & professionalism you handle confidential matters with care.
Proactive & resourceful you find solutions before problems arise.
Experience as an EA.
