About the Role

Charlie Health is looking to add a highly motivated intellectually curious and datadriven Business Operations Analyst to its growing team. In this role youll help identify analyze and execute highimpact initiatives focused on operational efficiencies and innovative product development that directly drives ROI. Youll support zerotoone projects that enhance our virtual IOP therapy services while creating significant value through cost savings revenue generation and improved patient outcomes. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in ambiguity learns quickly and wants to make a tangible impact. Youll work directly with internal stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities develop solutions and implement new products and processes that drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and evaluation of new product and automation opportunities that drive significant ROI through cost savings and operational efficiencies
  • Conduct data analysis to validate hypotheses size market opportunities and measure the impact of new initiatives
  • Build financial models to assess potential ROI and capital allocation decisions for new projects
  • Assist in the development and of product strategies and roadmaps for internal tools and patientfacing applications
  • Create dashboards and reports to track project performance and communicate results to leadership
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements implement solutions and drive adoption
  • Support product testing user feedback collection and iteration processes
  • Assist with evaluating potential technology partnerships and integration opportunities
  • Contribute to strategic planning for potential spinoff ventures from successful initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Finance Math Computer Science or similar analytical subject area
  • 02 years of experience in analytics consulting product management or similar roles
  • Experience with AI/automation tools and technologies
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data to drive decision making
  • Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and figure things out with minimal direction
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fastpaced environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies
  • Basic understanding of product development and software implementation processes
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel SQL Tableau) and cloudbased data warehouses preferred
  • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes commuting distance of the office

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $66000 and $93000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation this role offers a target performancebased bonus. The target total cash compensation range including potential bonus will be between $73000 and $102000 per year. Please note pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location experience expertise internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations. Further cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may include stock options and other Charlie Healthsponsored benefits.#LIHYBRID
