Job Opportunity: VRV/VRF Service Technician with ElitAire Cincinnati and Dayton locations

As a VRV Service Technician at ElitAire you will provide technical support to customers on stateoftheart Daikin VRV equipment to include startup and maintenance services system troubleshooting equipment repair and recommended enhancements and lifecycle support.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide initial Check Test Start for VRV and DOAS equipment we represent.
- Responsible for servicing products and equipment (not restricted to products we represent) on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Uses a variety of handtools factory selection program blueprints and engineering specifications to validate proper installation diagnose and correct systems.
- Utilize Daikin Service Checker tool and remote monitoring technology to identify analyze diagnose and make system recommendations at customer locations.
- Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
- Represents Company by serving as a Daikin OEM direct customer contact.
- Provides training for troubleshooting & maintenance at customer site.
- Provides technical support to customers.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary.
- Drives a company vehicle to job sites. Regular travel requirements with some (infrequent) overnight travel.
- Secures additional work through proactive recommendations based on equipment status and clients needs.
The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with the ability to problem solve and make decisions without close supervision. They must be selfmotivated accurate efficient and capable of responding to customer needs. Additional requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
- Handson VRV/VRF experience and high interest and motivation to learn we will train you on all aspects of VRV.
- Be comfortable working on a computer daily and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; required.
- The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability; required.
- Demonstrate punctuality and attendance on a consistent basis; required.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record and adhere to all pertinent ElitAire policies; required.
