The HRIS Manager will be responsible for leading the maintenance design testing and configuration of SuccessFactors Recruiting Onboarding Employee Central Succession Compensation and Performance & Goal Management. In addition the manager will drive the design and testing for the SAP HCM Personnel Administration Organization Management and integrations with third party systems. The HRIS manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of HCM technology process deliverables for the projects their team is leading. The incumbent will collaborate with HR centers of excellence IT and other stakeholders to identify user requirements assess available technologies and recommend and implement solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for providing quality deliverables in a fastpaced growing Organization. The position reports to the HRIS Director and is a collaborative partner with the leadership in the HR centers of excellence Information Technology (IT) management and associated vendors.
