Assistant/Associate/Full Professor
The Department of Surgery Division of Pediatric Surgery at the University of Florida College of Medicine is recruiting a faculty member at the level of Assistant Associate or Full Professor on a nontenure or tenureaccruing track dependent on qualifications. Responsibilities will include education and training of medical students and residents in the area of pediatric surgery. This position will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to the development of an academic career through research teaching and clinical practice. This position requires a MD degree and board certification or eligibility in pediatric surgery. Salary is negotiable based upon education and experience.
The Division of Pediatric Surgery has been active at the University of Florida since 1967 and boasts a robust practice which covers the breadth of pediatric surgical conditions. We receive support from a worldclass department of Pediatrics with all subspecialists and critical care providers represented. In addition we are the first fellowship training program in the state of Florida.
