As an important member of the growing Brand Marketing team this role requires creativity and laser focus on building California Closets differentiated Brand position as the industry leader. The ideal candidate has a strong editorial background in Brand content development across marketing channels and specifically brings seasoned and proven ability to lead organic social strategy with ideas that resonate and engage with California Closets community across platforms. Reporting to the VP of Brand Strategy & Partnerships this role is highly involved in Brand initiatives campaigns and collaborations and is responsible for organic social content strategy and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
Brand Positioning
- Partner with the Brand Marketing team comprised of Brand Design Creative and Growth leaders as well as key internal stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the Brands voice and visual identity across Brand environments.
- Craft differentiating Brand narratives and refine strategic positioning ensuring it resonates with our business operators and customer audiences.
Content & Media Partnerships
- Manage Brand collaborations with media partners design influencers and celebrities in partnership with VP of Brand Strategy to foster those relationships and generate original content that differentiates California Closets design point of view quality and expertise for creating custom storage solutions throughout the home.
- Support the ideation to phases and distribution of fullfunnel Brand campaigns.
- Develop content that ladders up to thematic focuses and supports the Companys awardwinning Ideas of Order Magazine and Podcast managing an integrated Brand Marketing calendar and partnering with team members to ensure that quarterly content is cohesive and drives to business needs.
- Lead external Brand efforts and communications with our national PR agency and media partners working effectively with cross functional teams and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead organic social media content planning and posting across Instagram IGTV Facebook LinkedIn YouTube and any and all new emerging platforms by partnering with key team members and leveraging the Companys digital platform resources and consultants.
Project Management
- Lead creative agency and/or projectbased partners on all organic social content deliverables as determined by integrated brand marketing briefs approved by VP of Brand Strategy.
- Coordinate and project manage approved digital content shoots with creative agency and/or projectbased partners.
- Monitor new technology platforms macro trends and other Brand activities etc. to ensure California Closets social presence remains authentic competitive and relevant.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Serve as a supporting point of contact for all brandrelated matters ensuring clear and consistent communication across teams and departments.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently across all teams and productively contribute to team conversations and presentations that address Brand contents strategy and performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or related field
- 10 years of professional experience in Brand Marketing or Content Strategy ideally within home lifestyle or design field.
- Proven experience in strategic Brand positioning development and communication.
- Proven experience of handson organic social media management including examples demonstrating expertise in socialfirst content creation including video design motion graphics and copy.
