Job Description
Lead Data Scientists Drive Innovation with Machine Learning & AI! Are you ready to take data science to the next level Join a fastmoving team where your expertise in Python machine learning and business intelligence will power strategic decisions and unlock growth opportunities
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cuttingedge BI models to enhance decisionmaking.
- Use Python ML and AI to analyze large datasets and optimize performance.
- Design and maintain a scalable data infrastructure for realtime analytics.
- Collaborate with engineering product and operations teams to integrate datadriven solutions.
- Ensure data governance compliance and quality across all analytics functions.
- Present insights and shape strategy for senior stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience in data science BI or analytics.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas NumPy and ScikitLearn) & data visualization tools.
- Strong experience with SQL Snowflake BigQuery or similar databases.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis ML and data modeling.
- Ability to build a data function from scratch and drive innovation.
- Strong communicator Able to translate data insights into business impact.
- Leadership experience or the ambition to build and manage a team.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in credit risk modeling alternative credit scoring or financial data analysis.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS GCP and Azure).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI Tableau and Looker).
- Handson experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
