This role is based in the Brisbane Office

About the Role:

We are hiring a Manufacturing Compliance Support (MCS) Manager for the Brisbane site to facilitate Operations Group growth.

What Youll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the MCS team to support the OPS Group by working closely with collaborators to uphold high compliance levels. Achieving success relies on efficient batch and surpassing industry norms.
  • Build and cultivate an impactful team through strong mentoring and leadership focusing on growth and development to build talent depth.
  • Work independently to identify and overcome practical problems to deliver sustained improvement within the site key performance indicators of Right the First Time and On Time Delivery.
  • Work with the Quality Department to manage quality documents and records engaging with global and local compliance teams to ensure standards for the Brisbane site.
  • Adhere to the Patheon cGMP Quality Management System and the Patheon EH&S requirements.
  • Assist team SMEs with troubleshooting transfer/implementation of new technologies and coworker training.

Keys to Success:

Education:

  • Tertiary Education in a science or engineeringbased field (i.e. biopharmaceutical manufacture biotechnology process technology).

Knowledge Skills & Experience:

  • 57 years leadership experience within a Biopharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environment to build effective teams.
  • Science experience related to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven knowledge of Biologics processing and compliance management within GMP/GLP regulations in cGMP/cGLP manufacturing environment is required.
  • Strong interpersonal scheduling and planning skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Flexibility reliability and assertiveness with a responsible and proactive demeanour.
