Job Description
Nitto Belgium was established in 1974 in Genk and is the largest production site in the EMEA region (Europe Middle East & Africa) of the Japanese Nitto Group. With more than 500 employees we develop and produce sealing materials and various industrial adhesive tapes such as double-sided tapes and surface protection tapes for industries including automotive semiconductor furniture paper production aerospace and metal processing.
Our Position
- Lead a team of approximately 25 operators in the coating department and support their growth and development
- Ensure effective task distribution and optimal machine occupancy
- Maintain high-quality standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as leave requests work instructions and reports
- Conduct analyses and implement improvements
- Actively participate in team and shift meetings
You will work in a three-shift system from Monday to Friday:
Morning (6:00 14:00) Night (22:00 6:00) Afternoon (14:00 22:00)
