Process Control Engineer
A company in Longview TX is seeking an Instrument & Electrical Engineer passionate about applying the latest engineering technology and industry trends.
Team Overview The Electrical team ensures sitewide mechanical integrity and reliability through technology reporting to the Asset Management Leader and engaging with IT/OT Operations Excellence Operations and Projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of electrical/instrumentation systems.
- Design and implement electrical projects.
- Lead root cause failure analysis.
- Support maintenance and operations.
- Provide technical recommendations and training.
- Develop risk management strategies.
- Support MOC PSSR and RCA efforts.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering.
- 5 years in a technical electrical role.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years in electrical engineering.
- Experience in petrochemical or industrial facilities.
- Knowledge of power distribution systems.
- Professional Engineering Licensure.
- Functional Safety Engineering Certification.
- Experience with ETAP SKM and plant networks.
