The Role In essence this position will require a skilled engineer with a deep understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes particularly those related to metal and dielectric deposition/etch failure analysis metrology and advanced packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both traditional and cuttingedge semiconductor technologies including superconducting materials and advanced packaging techniques.
What Youll Bring BS and 8 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication with expertise in areas like metal and dielectric deposition/etch failure analysis metrology photolithography advanced packaging CMP or product development. Experience fabricating superconducting devices and advanced packaging is a huge plus! Indepth knowledge of microelectronics/semiconductor fabrication and advanced packaging processes including: Physical/chemical vapor deposition Dielectrics (including spinon dielectrics) Metals Superconducting materials Dry/wet etch processing Photolithography Failure analysis Semiconductor metrology CMP FEOL/BEOL Semiconductor product development Process control and sustainment
Clearance Requirements TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note you MUST have the required clearance for consideration (uncleared or undercleared applicants will not receive a response).
