Your Role

As part of the Central Sales Operations team you will support highimpact crossfunctional initiatives aimed at enhancing sales efficiency customer engagement and revenue growth. You will work closely with teams across Sales Marketing Finance and Product to drive datadriven insights and optimize core sales processes.

What You Will Do

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement providing actionable insights that support decisionmaking and process optimization across multiple teams.
  • Performance Measurement: Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with Product Sales and Data teams to build and enhance data intelligence that supports sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards to track sales performance customer engagement and forecasting providing regular updates and performance reports.
  • Strategic Project Support: Contribute to the of key initiatives including valuebased segmentation inbound lead generation and account management performance optimization.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to streamline the sales funnel and enhance the overall sales experience.
  • CrossTeam Collaboration: Partner with Sales Marketing Finance and Product teams to ensure seamless of strategic initiatives optimizing alignment and driving business impact.
  • Tools & Data Management: Assist in maintaining data quality and governance across platforms supporting ongoing process automation and tool enhancements.

Who You Are

  • A detailoriented datadriven professional with a strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Able to communicate insights effectively across teams with a strong ability to collaborate and work crossfunctionally.
  • Comfortable dealing with change and excited to be part of highimpact projects that drive business results.
  • Proficient in Excel SQL (Snowflake knowledge is a plus) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (French or another European language is a plus).

Experience

  • Masters degree from a top business or engineering school.
  • 12 years of experience in consulting project management or data analytics ideally within a fastpaced international environment.
  • Familiarity with sales operations CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus) and data analytics tools.
