The Role: Personal Assistant to UHNW Individual
The City: Menlo Park CA (Onsite)
The Money: $175k $200k Base
The Ideal Candidate: Thoughtful. Resourceful. Proactive. Trustworthy. Must be okay traveling with Principal 25
The DaytoDay:
- Book all personal appointments and coordinate with the EA to reconcile with business calendar
- Coordinate travel arrangements for family vacations and create detailed itineraries
- Gatekeep Principals time and order daily lunches
- Coordinate and oversee household staff schedules
- Plan small events and dinner parties
