About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our business recruiting team. Youll provide essential scheduling and administrative support for our highgrowth teams providing a bestinclass candidate experience. Youll impact projects spearhead process improvements assist with sourcing and get exposure to fullcycle recruiting.

Responsibilities
- Own the entire candidate journey providing all candidates with a firstclass positive experience starting from the initial contact all the way until they become part of the team
- Ensure candidates feel supported knowledgeable and excited to go through our process
- Manage candidates endtoend through Greenhouse making sure each is moving through in a timely manner
- Become a power user of Greenhouse to drive efficiencies in the recruiting process
- Build a solid understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with those team members and hiring managers
- Drive accountability with internal teams to ensure a smooth enjoyable experience for candidates
- Regularly analyze and report on our recruiting pipeline to hiring managers and periodically to the entire company
- Create new requisitions in Greenhouse
- Find ways to automate and improve manual processes
- Assist recruiters with sourcing activities
- Conduct reference checks for late stage candidates
Requirements
- 1 year of recruiting experience
- 1 year of experience using Greenhouse ATS
- Incredibly organized and conscientious with a strong track record of and followthrough
- Passion for providing bestinclass candidate experiences
- Stellar attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Quick learner with the ability to patternmatch and improve on ideas
- Demonstrated integrity maturity professionalism and sensitivity
