The Human Resources Manager Employee Relations is an integral part of Lathams Human Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for managing aspects of the global employee relations program for Latham & Watkins while acting as an advisor and business partner interpreting and overseeing the application of human resources policies and procedures and acting as a subject matter expert related to updates or changes to current employment laws regulations and executive orders across the firms global platform. This role will be located in either our New York office or our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and inoffice presence.
