- Acquire relevant vehicles for testing such as X0/X1 production intent vehicles and arrange transportation to supplier test sites.
- Manage the shipping logistics of test vehicles to and from the test location.
- Ensure approval of the test location without explicitly mentioning the organization.
- Conduct vehicle flashing and triage activities to maintain uptodate software bundles for validation.
- Attend program meetings understand program timing milestones and Keys in Hand (KIH) dates.
- Review Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) before validation.
- Execute DVP using specified test protocols and tools without explicit brand references.
- Modify DVP if needed tailor it to vehiclespecific configurations.
- Conduct review meetings with the North American validation team.
- Report vehicle issues to the lead engineer without naming the organization.
- Facilitate issue reporting by providing raw data and diagnostic scans.
- Support root cause analysis and additional data collection.
- Perform retests as required.
- Provide weekly reviews on issues progress and roadblocks to the lead engineer.
- Present findings to the management team in various forums without disclosing the organizations name.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in Matlab/Simulink Hardware In the Loop environments and Data Visualization Tools.
- Familiarity with data log analysis and expertise in handling Propulsion at the System Level.
- Experience with development tools such as CDA INCA CANAlyzer.
- Functional programming skills with Scala.
- Proficiency in applying engineering principles to realworld applications.
- High level of proficiency in English (speaking reading writing).
