Job Description

Were on the lookout for a passionate and resultsdriven Business Development / Key Account Manager to join our highperforming team in QLD. In this pivotal role youll drive growth by securing new business and strengthening relationships with existing partners. Your key focus will be increasing order volume across your territory while delivering outstanding service and support to our valued clients.

Growing Order Volume 

  • Boost order volume in your territory by building strong relationships with our pharmacy partners and hitting monthly targets.
  • Bring new pharmacies onto the Leafio platformturning leads into longterm valuable partnerships.

Building Great Relationships 

  • Be the goto person for our pharmacy partners fostering trust and solid connections with Montu.
  • Quickly address any issues to keep things running smoothly and ensure our partners feel supported.

Driving Smart Initiatives 

  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop fresh valuepacked initiatives that strengthen partnerships.
  • Help pharmacies succeed through strategic planning sharing insights and providing regular updates on progress goals and key initiatives.

Expanding Partnerships 

  • Strengthen existing relationships by identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
  • Seek out and onboard new pharmacy partners using your industry knowhow to grow Montus reach.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on account progress goals and initiatives for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Proactively expand existing partner relationships through upselling and crossselling opportunities

Qualifications :

  • 4 years of experience in Key account management/Business Development liquor beverage FMCG industry with a short sales cycle
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Marketing or related discipline
  • Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities to overcome challenges and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly 34 days per week)
