Job Description
- Welcoming customers and providing assistance with product selection.
- Offering expert advice on the latest trends and promotions.
- Processing transactions at the till quickly and accurately.
- Ensuring the shop floor is wellpresented with stock replenished and displays up to standard.
- Keeping uptodate with product knowledge and fashion trends.
- Supporting the store team with daytoday operations.
- Assisting during instore events promotions and seasonal sales.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for current trends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends evenings and holidays.
- Team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
