We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Operations Assistant/Associate to join our Sales Operations team at our Munich headquarters. In this position you are a trusted facilitator of the full sales cycle proactively streamlining frontloading processes to ensure the seamless transition from presales to postsales. You work in close collaboration with our global sales and support team amongst other internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a serviceoriented mindset demonstrated experience in sales support and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic international environment.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Presales Activities
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers and international colleagues providing timely and accurate support in daily interactions.
- Coordinate and administrate tenders assist in planning and coordination of product demonstrations and customer inhouse visits and reference site visits.
- Assist with sales forecasting and planning ensuring that sales targets and forecasts are accurately reflected and regularly updated.
- Customer Data Maintenance in ERP and CRM systems.
Order Processing
- Coordinate customer orders assist with revenue planning and follow up to ensure accurate and timely shipments and payments.
- Manage the administration of regional sales activities supporting our local sales representatives support engineers distributors and other internal departments.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance analytics and legal to ensure compliance with contracts accurate revenue tracking and seamless data flow across integrated platforms.
Postsales Activities
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer followup ensuring satisfaction and handling inquiries regarding shipments payments or service.
- Review and follow up on installation documentation revenue processing account receivable and invoice correction.
- Coordinate documentation for Audits.
Qualifications :
- Education & Experience: A commercial education with experience in sales support or customer service within an international environment with an experience in (public) tenders as a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills with proficiency in integrated IT solutions such as SAP and .
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English and Italian (full professional proficiency) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Personal Attributes: A proactive mindset with strong problemsolving skills and keen attention to detail. Demonstrates a high degree of ownership over responsibilities taking initiative to drive tasks forward and continuously improve processes. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively showing accountability for results and a commitment to supporting team success.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of thriving in a fastpaced environment managing multiple tasks effectively and meeting tight deadlines.
