Job Description
The Opportunity
Were looking for a highperforming Business Operations Associate to help solve complex problems drive strategic initiatives and support the scaling of our financial operations platform. This is a highvisibility role ideal for someone transitioning out of investment banking management consulting or private equity 24 years of experience) eager to move into a fastpaced SaaS business environment.
What Youll Do
Partner directly with senior leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across product finance and service delivery teams
Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to drive decisionmaking and operational transparency
Conduct financial modeling ROI analysis and business case development for new initiatives and crossfunctional projects
Support M&A integration pricing strategy vendor negotiations and business case planning
Lead crossfunctional initiatives that improve customer experience operational efficiency and revenue growth
Operate as a versatile problemsolverwhether analyzing operational data coordinating crossfunctional initiatives or optimizing internal systems and workflows
Qualifications :
Who You Are
25 years of experience in investment banking private equity consulting or BizOps at a highgrowth SaaS or fintech company
Analytical and datadriven with strong Excel and financial modeling skills (SQL or Looker experience a plus)
Clear communicator who can work crossfunctionally and break down complexity
Thrives in a startup environment
Bonus Points
Experience with SaaS business models accounting/finance systems or working directly with product/engineering teams
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Looker SQL or Airtable
Youve built process improvements or internal tools that made teams more efficient or customers happier
