What Youll Do:
- Deliver insightful project reporting with clear analysis of results and future implications
- Lead Capex management ensuring proper development cost capitalization and supporting R&D tax incentives
- Maintain financial controls aligned with SEEK policies and IFRS standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate across Finance to automate and accelerate financial reporting and analysis
- Mentor junior team members
Qualifications :
- CA / CPA designation or equivalent
- Experience in commercial analysis roles and an exposure to projects specific accounting would be viewed favourably
- Experience in coaching and guiding junior accountants within a team
- Project technical accounting experience
- Experience in preparation and accountability for business unit P&Ls and balance sheets
- Selfstarter with the ability to interpret and communicate commercial insights to decision makers
- Passionate for enhancing business processes and information systems to optimise the capture of information
- An ability to manage large volumes of information and manipulate this through advanced Excel skills and data visualisation tools
