We are looking for a creative and dynamic Senior Design Executive to play a key part in the internal creative agency within L&Gs Asset Management business. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be working closely with the Head of Design and supporting with the creation of marketing materials for all kinds of various print and digital formats. This includes marketing literature advertising assets for online and in person events social video editing and animation. You will play a lead role as brand champion for design across L&G ensuring that the brand visual identity is applied consistently and effectively.
What youll be doing:
- Designing and updating marketing materials for various print and digital formats including marketing literature advertising assets for online and inperson events social media video editing and animation
- Helping to apply monitor and promote the brand across all communications created
- Contributing to the ongoing development of L&Gs visual identity
- Supporting the Head of Design on larger projects
- Regularly checking L&Gs social media channels and ensuring the visual identity is consistent
- Building maintaining and promoting positive collaborative and close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Acting as the first line of defence to ensure that materials comply with current regulations particularly ensuring that all designed items are clear fair not misleading and adhere to brand guidelines
- Liaising with agency partners printers and suppliers where required to produce and print materials
- Bringing your design knowledge ideas and creativity to briefs and improving and making suggestions where you can add additional value as a designer
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Fully proficient in Adobe InDesign Illustrator Photoshop After effects Premier Acrobat
- Ability to create HTML5 animated advertising banners
- Strong understanding of the print and digital production process
- Able to work on own initiative and equally able to take verbal direction
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work on several projects at a time
- A strong understanding of brand guidelines
- Comfortable in reworking a core creative into a variety of multimedia solutions
- Comfortable with following brand guidance but when appropriate seizes the opportunity to improve or apply new creative executions based on brand guidance
