Job Description
As an Accountant you ll process credit applications allocate payments perform balance sheet reconciliations and assist with profit share calculations and P&L formatting. You ll also support the Credit Manager during peak periods and handle GST reconciliations ensuring accuracy timeliness and smooth financial operations across a global highimpact equipment and services organization.
Job Overview:
Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift (Mon Fri 7 AM 4 PM) Weekends Off
Work setup: Onsite Ortigas
Your Daily Tasks:
- Processing customer credit applications
- Allocating customer payments and credit notes
- Providing backup and support to the Credit Manager during absences and peak periods such as monthend
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with profit share calculations running and formatting P&Ls GST reconciliations and other assigned tasks
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek:
- CPA certification
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and general accounting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently while identifying and resolving process delays or escalating when necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (at least intermediate level)
- Experience using accounting software
- Strong reconciliation skills
