Job Description
As a Programmatic Campaign Manager you ll combine strategic thinking with handson to drive highperforming digital ad campaigns for global clients. From data analysis and performance reporting to crossteam collaboration and trend monitoring you ll ensure every campaign runs smoothly. Your insights and recommendations will shape outcomes and elevate client success.
Shift: Night Shift (Shifting)
Work setup: Temporary Work From Home Makati
- Creating executing and optimizing social and programmatic ad campaigns
- Providing targeting budget and strategic recommendations to clients
- Preparing midcampaign and postcampaign reports and supporting client services
- Developing and implementing operational processes to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Participating in weekly training sessions daily team meetings and quarterly companywide meetings
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to build a comprehensive understanding of the organization
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 2 years of handson experience in programmatic advertising
- Familiarity with GroundTruth Display OTT Video and platforms such as Xandr Amazon and Nextdoor
- Experience using social platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Snapchat TikTok and Pinterest
- Background in ad operations programmatic media buying or digital advertising strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and digital marketing trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Customerfocused mindset with outstanding service and support skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage issues solve problems and build effective collaborative relationships
