Job Description
As a Product Onboarding and Adoption Specialist you will own the endtoend onboarding journey. From training users to optimizing adoption your role is essential to ensuring clients unlock maximum value in record time creating an exceptional user experience from the start.
Job Overview
Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift (Mon Fri 06:00 AM 03:00 PM); Weekends off
Work setup: Permanent WFH
Salary: PHP 50000 to PHP 70000

Your Daily Tasks
- Lead and execute customer onboarding programs to ensure value realization within 6 weeks
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation including playbooks training guides and user resources
- Align all stakeholders with onboarding timelines expectations and deliverables
- Train and enable new users ensuring active engagement within 2 months
- Build and execute strategies to increase product adoption across all customer segments
- Gather and analyze feedback to improve onboarding and training programs
Key Metrics:
- High NPS at onboarding
- Consistent new user activations per month
- Strong training session NPS
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 5 years of experience in Customer Success Project Management or Training/Enablement
- Proven experience creating customerfacing documentation and resources
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Effective crossfunctional collaboration and relationshipbuilding with clients
- Detailoriented and customerobsessed mindset
