Purpose of the Function
The Senior Technical Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for endtoendproject and delivery of the People Empowerment Platform(SuperApp) managing a vendorled or inhouse development team. Therole requires expertise in project management Scope Schedule CostQuality Resource Communication Risk Stakeholder Management etc.)cloudnative architectures and Agile delivery frameworks ensuringseamless across the entire project lifecycle.
Thisrole will oversee solution architecture development deployment andscaling on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) while optimizing resourcesmitigating risks and ensuring compliance with business and technicalobjectives.

Education& Experience
- Degree: B.E/ (Computer Science IT) or equivalent; MBA (Preferred)
- Experience: 10 years in technical project management software delivery and cloudbased applications
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP PRINCE2 SAFe ITIL or GCP Cloud certifications
Requirements& Skills
ProjectManagement & Delivery Excellence
- Manage endtoend project lifecycle using Agile & PMBOKbased best practices.
- Own project timelines budgets risks and dependencies ensuring ontime delivery.
- Implement CI/CD automation DevOps best practices and performance monitoring.
- Drive crossfunctional collaboration across engineering design and business teams.
CloudNativeArchitecture & Development
- Oversee development deployment and scaling of microservices on Google Cloud.
- Ensure best practices in microservices containerization and Kubernetes (GKE).
- Optimize data pipelines AI/ML workflows and realtime analytics using BigQuery Dataproc and Looker.
TechnologyStack Oversight
- Ensure smooth integration and deployment of the following technologies:
- Frontend: Flutter
- Backend: Microservices Architecture
- Cloud Platform: Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Google Cloud Storage Cloud Spanner Cloud Pub/Sub
- Caching & Databases: Memorystore for Redis Cloud Spanner
- CI/CD Pipelines: GitLab/GitHub (source repository) Jenkins/GCP Cloud Build (CI) GCP Cloud Deploy (CD)
- AI & Data Analytics: Vertex AI BigQuery Dataproc Looker Data Fusion Cloud Composer
Vendor& Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with vendors system integrators and external partners for smooth .
- Conduct technical due diligence to ensure highquality development and security compliance.
- Negotiate contracts SLAs and delivery milestones with vendors and partners.
SecurityCompliance & Risk Management
- Ensure secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and cloud security compliance.
- Identify risks related to infrastructure data privacy and cloud dependencies.
- Drive disaster recovery (DR) and failover mechanisms to ensure platform reliability.
TeamLeadership & Process Improvement
- Mentor and guide technical teams promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Implement Agile Scrum and DevOps best practices for development efficiency.
- Continuously optimize performance scalability and costefficiency across the platform.
