Job Description

Talent Intelligence Analytics and Insights Specialist

About this Role:

The Talent Intelligence Analytics and Insights Specialist will be a critical member of the HR COE Analytics team. This role will support Gartners global HR business unit and will be a key driver for growing our Talent Intelligence function to drive hiring retention and other key business outcomes in line with Gartners growth objectives.

This role will provide our stakeholders with the talent and market insights they need to gain a competitive edge in the labor market by proactively identifying market hiring trends initiatives & rewards in our candidate target markets. This will include utilizing research data and candidatedriven insights to enable our HR teams to achieve their strategic business priorities as well as advising business partners to make informed talent decisions.

This position reports to the Associate Director Talent Intelligence.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Capture analyze and maintain accurate candidate market and talent intelligence data to create logical and impactful analytics to drive Gartners business priorities forward
  • Drive competitive talent intelligence research and analysis across a wide range of industries and geographies utilizing both internal and external data sources
  • Provide research to enable datadriven talent strategies and recommendations that drive and influence HR and Gartner business decisions
  • Partner with executives and leadership teams across Gartner to inform and educate these groups on talent trends and market data
  • Acts as a voice of talent intelligence to drive interests and alignment with cross functional business partners
  • Supports the development and evolution of programs to build Gartner for scale drive high quality hiring support retention and reduce open positions
  • Proactively identify and prioritize talent intelligence work based on business strategy
  • Collaborate with our business partners within and outside of HR to solve business issues
  • Continually expand networks through leveraging user groups blogs and networking events
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support both HR and Gartner leadership

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in analytical subject or business preferred (e.g. math science engineering economics finance etc.
  • 15 years of progressive business experience preferably in an HR Strategy Consulting Business Operations Finance roles
  • Experience leading successful initiatives collaboratively across business functions and engaging senior executives
  • Successful track record of superior service delivery in a global environment
  • Advanced Excel research and presentation/meeting facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to own manage and complete projects across business functions with high quality results
  • Exceptional time management skills and an ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
