Your role:

We are seeking a Customer Training Expert (m/f/d) for the Process Solution Actives & Formulation Portfolio reporting to the Actives & Formulation Head of Segment Marketing & Training.

In this marketing role you will be responsible for developing and of global multicustomer education programs for key growth regions with focus for NORTH AMERICA & EUROPE. In detail you will work out for the region dedicated handson modules on the Actives & Formulation portfolio products (excipients and APIs) and the respective processes for formulation. In addition and to guarantee a right training mix/ portfolio you will work on new training trends on formulation aspects and advance existing training modules by bringing in new training formats and contents. The ultimate objective for these in person & remote events is to generate awareness on our portfolio products and becoming the reliable excipient & API partner for formulation development. To achieve our training specific targets you need to work in close collaboration with external cooperation partners and acquire (together with our Business Development department) new business collaborations if needed. Moreover to specifically serve the global customer needs you will be part of a global team within a multistakeholder environment and will collaborate closely with global marketing commercial areas/sales functions and R&D to guarantee best training content and generate new application data. Therefore to ensure inhouse expert knowledge a scientific background on formulation expertise for small molecules is mandatory. This job position is based in Darmstadt Germany and requires global travel.

Who you are:

• University degree in life science (biology pharmacy chemistry) pharmaceutical formulation background mandatory
• Min. 5 years of experience within the life science/pharma/biopharma industry with relation to small molecule formulation development
• Crossfunctional multicultural project management experience and excellent communication skills
• Affinity to work out training concepts & strategies multitasking
• Passionate on teaching & education
• Highly ambitious organized and selfmotivated with a strong desire to drive for/deliver results
• Customer focused commercial oriented
• 20 global travel and fluency in English
