Join Privia Health in a pivotal role as our Clinical Research Growth and Partnerships Manager where youll spearhead the growth and management of our national integrated research site network. Strategic Planning & Business Development:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including research partners clinicians Principal and Sub Investigators and Privia Operational and clinical teams.
To build a programmatic approach to clinical research that includes general education knowledge of current research activity how to refer and how to become a principal or sub investigator
Collaborate with market and national operations teams senior management and research partners to expand clinical research across Privia.
Analyze market trends competitive landscape and emerging opportunities in clinical research.
Negotiate contracts with sponsors CROs and other research partners.
Operations:
Oversee the planning and of clinical trials and research projects ensuring projects meet timelines budgets and quality standards.
Responsible for P&L for Clinical research through the use of Partners CROs and other avenues
Ensure all clinical research activities adhere to GCP ICH FDA and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficient operation.
Develop a process to review any adverse outcomes and ensure that practices and research partners are compliant with the regulatory requirements of Clinical Research.
Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline clinical research operations and data management.
Financial and Project Management:
Develop budgets and financial forecasts for clinical research projects.
Monitor project costs and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts.
Regularly report on growth initiatives and project statuses to senior management.
Analyze clinical trial data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Marketing and Branding:
In partnership with external service providers develop and implement best practices methodologies and operational standards to enhance clinical research processes across the organization.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the companys clinical research services.
Represent Privia Clinical Research at local and national conferences Privia conferences townhalls and PODS meetings.
Develop strategies to enhance patient engagement and ensure diverse participation in clinical trials.

Qualifications :
5 years of experience in clinical research business development or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes regulations and compliance (GCP ICH FDA).
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems such as Rave or Inform.
Strong financial acumen including experience with budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools.
Relevant regulatory certifications (ACRP SOCRA) are a plus.
he salary range for this role is $114700.00 $135000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical dental vision life and pet insurance 401K paid time off and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15 and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience education and geographic location.
