DescriptionClean Harbors is seeking aField Services Branch Managerto lead our operations out ofGuelph Ontario. This leadership role is critical to the safe efficient and compliant of Field Services projects within the region. The Branch Manager will oversee project resource scheduling administrative and compliance functions and serve as a key liaison for emergency response operations. The successful candidate will be an experienced safetydriven leader with a strong understanding of Field Services operations Health & Safety (H&S) compliance and team leadership. They must be comfortable working in dynamic environments including being onsite during project work and emergency situations.

Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of Field Services operations including daytoday scheduling project planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to Clean Harbors Health & Safety protocols environmental regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and enforce allStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)andHealth & Safety procedures performing regular reviews and updates as required.
- Lead administrative functions including but not limited topayroll management compliance documentation project reporting and operational tracking.
- Actively participate inEmergency Response (ER)situations which includes being oncall via the ER dispatch line and email distribution list.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during emergency responses and key field operations including providing onsite leadership and communication.
- Coach mentor and supervise field technicians and supervisors fostering a culture of safety accountability and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with district and regional leadership on business development customer satisfaction and performance optimization.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience in environmental or industrial services preferably within Field Services.
- Demonstrated experience managing safety programs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational time management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fastpaced highpressure environments including emergency response scenarios.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Teams); SAP experience is an asset.
- Availability to beoncall for emergency response dispatchesand support the team during offhours or weekends when required.
- Valid Gclass drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Relevant Health & Safety certifications are preferred.
