Were thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated Property & Lands Officer to join our Economic Growth team. This role is ideal for someone eager to make an impact and grow within a supportive and dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Property & Lands Officer you will play a crucial role in managing leases licenses and land transactions across the City including freehold and Crown land. Working closely with the Senior Property & Lands Officer you will oversee a variety of key tasks including:

  • Responding to inquiries and managing Right of Ways (ROWs) lane/road closures and land transactions.
  • Coordinating acquisitions disposals amalgamations subdivisions and land assemblies.
  • Collaborating with both public stakeholders and City Officers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Your proactive approach and innovative thinking will be essential as you navigate complex landrelated matters and your communication skills will be key to building strong relationships both internally and externally.

What Were Looking For:

  • A Certificate IV in Business Business Administration or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation policies and local government operations.
  • Experience or knowledge in leases licenses subdivisions caveats acquisitions disposals easements and landrelated matters.
  • A strong grasp of contemporary office administration systems practices and procedures.

No formal qualifications No problem!
