Job Description
The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Tech team part of Finance Automation develops services products and tools to enable Amazons corporate real estate team to build and operate the companys global facilities in more than 60 countries which is the largest corporate real estate footprint in the world. We develop building systems that deliver a seamless adaptive and creative workspace experience to more than half a million employees. Our mission is to create technology that simplifies the processes Amazon employs to manage its corporate real estate. Our teams build services and products that support various GREF domains including space and occupancy planning design and construction employee health and safety sustainability and building management systems requiring IoT expertise. If you possess the skills to build operate and scale the next generation of distributed systems supporting Amazons growth this role may be wellsuited for you.
Key job responsibilities
Oversee the configuration and coding of new and existing Salesforce features including user management security custom objects page layouts validations workflows flows process builders and thirdparty applications.
Handle Salesforce support requests and address escalated user needs by providing timely and comprehensive resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
Consistently document root cause analysis steps and findings recommended solutions
Monitor customer service areas to identify potential system issues that could impact customer experience
Complete setup and configuration of Salesforce customer accounts and configurations
Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications and processes

Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
3 years of relevant handson experience on Salesforce configurations coding and building integrations
Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader Workbench DemandTools Eclipse Force IDE Informatica)
Experience with Salesforce change management (Visual Studio Code GitHub version control)
Good understanding of AWS Cloud and Salesforce Release Management tools like Gearset or AutoRabit or similar
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
