Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain LAN/WAN infra
- Install and troubleshoot wired and wireless network.
- Network Device Installation & Troubleshooting.
- Well versed with Router Switches Firewall & Network Devices
- Maximizingnetworkperformance by monitoring performance troubleshootingnetworkproblems and outages scheduling upgrades
- Support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy
- Configuration of routing and switching equipment
- Email ID Creation Password Modification Email List creation etc.
- Having knowledge of mail server and issue resolution (Like mail delivery failed Problem email sending/receiving problem etc.
- Having knowledge of backup of server like email backup data backup.
- Having Knowledge of file server and mappingnetworkshare and windows and Linux desktop.
- Remote support to end users and fixing Desktop level problem(Windows/Linux)
- Knowledge of Linux and able to manage Ubuntu/windows desktop environment.
- Local andnetworkprinter installation and troubleshoot.
